New Finnish sauna

We are opening the largest Finnish sauna in Warsaw with an additional attraction unprecedented in the world. We will be displaying holographic animations during the sauna sessions! Come and discover something no one has ever experienced before! The new Finnish sauna is 51m2 large and can easily accommodate up to 49 people. It was lined with burnt dark abachi wood. There are 3 levels of benches in the sauna – the higher the level, the higher the temperature. In addition to abachi, we have also used wood from burnt aspen and Scandinavian spruce to convey the atmosphere of a true Scandinavian sauna. Relaxing in the Finnish sauna will help you effectively regenerate your body and support the natural detoxification processes. The advantage of the Finnish sauna is its immediate effect on the body through the combination of very dry and hot air with a periodic, brief increase in humidity of up to 40% as a result of pouring water over the stones. High temperatures of approx. 90°C stimulate the blood circulation. Effective detoxification in the Finnish sauna supports weight loss and cellulite removal. During a half-hour session, you can lose around 400 kcal, which is the same as during a run of around 3 km.

Hydrogen jacuzzi

We breathed new life into our hot tub. The use of molecular hydrogen makes bathing in it the perfect source of youth for your skin. Hydrogen molecules in the form of nanobubbles easily penetrate the blood vessel wall and are then distributed throughout the body by systemic circulation. Hydrogen dilates the capillaries and thus increases blood flow. As a result, the jacuzzi bath stimulates the body’s natural detoxification processes and speeds up the metabolism to aid weight loss.

Hydrogen brine graduation tower

A session in the brine graduation tower is excellent for both body and mind. You lie comfortably on a deckchair, breathe deeply in the salt-saturated air, listen to the gentle murmur of the water flowing down the graduation tower… At the same time, you regenerate your respiratory system, as the original brine from Konstancin used in our graduation tower has healing properties. It is distinguished by its 7% concentration of beneficial minerals (it contains, among others, magnesium, calcium, bromine and iodine). Salt inhalations increase breathing comfort, alleviate coughs and allergies, and help with voice problems. They support the cleansing of the respiratory tract and counteract many ailments. The brine from Konstancin used in the graduation tower has therapeutic properties. In addition, the brine is enriched with molecular hydrogen, which will further enhance the therapeutic effect.

Green Corner with hydrogen

At Studio Sante’s Green Corner, you’ll feel like you’re in an urban jungle – literally! You will relax here surrounded by living green plants. The colour green has been known for a long time to have a calming effect, and being surrounded by nature relaxes and clears the mind. The fast pace of city life means that we spend less and less time with nature. Are you overwhelmed by your daily routine and do not have time to go out for a walk? Do you spend your time at work in front of the computer screen and your free time at home in front of the TV or looking at your smartphone? Our relaxation zone is waiting for you in the newly completed sauna and pool area, where we have incorporated live plants and molecular hydrogen water walls. Simply resting surrounded by lush green vegetation has a soothing effect on the body and mind. Remember that regeneration is an integral part of a good sauna experience, so visit the Green Corner and relax surrounded by greenery. Taking a rest in between sauna sessions is essential to get the most out of your experience. From here, you are only a few steps away from the cooling outdoor pool.

Infrared sauna

The infrared sauna is the ideal solution for people who do not like the high temperatures typical of dry saunas or cannot use them, but would still like to enjoy the benefits of saunas. Infrared waves penetrate deep under the skin (up to 3-4 cm), making their effect on the body stronger and more effective. A black ceiling with starry sky lighting and walls made of dark cedar wood create an atmosphere conducive to achieving deep relaxation. The sauna benches are made of burnt aspen. For your comfort, you will find occupancy detectors in front of the sauna entrance, which will show you the number of seats available in the sauna. Due to the not-too-high temperature (40-45℃), you can use the infrared sauna even when you don’t use hot dry saunas.  In addition, we have prepared for you two Ganbanyoku stations with slabs of black volcanic silica from the island of Hokkaido to combine the effects of the infrared sauna with the health-promoting effects of the Japanese sauna.

Prolonged saunas can be exhausting. After a few hours of enjoying the benefits of the sauna and pool area, you will certainly feel like eating something or having a cool drink. Order a refreshing drink and take it with you to sip in the jacuzzi or sip it at the bar while sitting on a comfortable barstool.
