Hammam involves deep cleansing of the body, nourishing and moisturizing the skin, as well as relaxation and serenity. The process includes exfoliation with a kessa glove, a foam massage, a clay mask, and anointment with oil, all performed on a heated stone table.

The course of the treatment

• Hydration
  During a hot hydro-massage bath, the body warms up, relaxing the muscles, accelerating blood circulation, and releasing toxins through open pores. Softened skin is prepared for the next stages of the treatment.
  To enhance the bath experience, guests receive a glass of Prosecco or non-alcoholic wine and a bowl of fresh fruits
• Cleansing
  The exfoliation using a rough Kessa glove removes dead skin cells, leaving the skin perfectly smooth. The glove’s action also stimulates circulation, aiding in the battle against cellulite.
• Lather massage
  This is an outstandingly pleasant stage of the treatment. The foam is produced from natural Turkish soap. This massage has cleansing and moisturizing properties for the skin, while also relaxing and soothing the body. The experience is enhanced by the abundant fragrance of the soap.
• Nourishment
  The therapist applies a clay mask to the body, rich in minerals, deeply nourishing and toning the skin, making it even smoother and more hydrated.
• Anointment
  This stage involves massaging pure argan oil into the body, known as ‘liquid gold’ for its precious properties. It perfectly regenerates, nourishes, and moisturizes the skin.
• Perfume
  The final stage involves the application of oriental perfume in a bar to the body, with a stunning oriental scent that you’ll enjoy for a long time.

After the treatment, it is recommended to rest for 15 minutes to allow the oil to absorb, and the body to return to its temperature and balance.

What you should know before the treatment:

• If you plan to use the pools and saunas, come earlier and enjoy your time at the SPA before the treatment.
• If you’re only having the Hammam treatment during your visit to Studio Sante, arrive 10-15 minutes early.
• Remember to bring your flip-flops.”
• Avoid depilation immediately before the treatment.
• If you’re planning a vacation with sunbathing, schedule the treatment before, not after your holiday, as you may lose your tan.
• Before the treatment, make sure to thoroughly cleanse your body to avoid any leftover residues. Women should remove their makeup.
• You can apply conditioner to your hair and wrap it in a towel. During the treatment, there will be a moment to rinse it off.
