SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA AREA REGULATIONS FROM SEPTEMBER 16, 2022

I. General information

  1. By purchasing services on the premises of Studio Sante City Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the provisions of these Rules and Regulations.
  2. The sauna and swimming pool zone can be used by people over 16 years of age. Children between 14-16 years old can stay on the premises under the supervision of an adult only after obtaining the individual consent of the Studio Sante manager.
  3. Each user of the sauna zone, pool zone, or participant in organised activities in the pool zone receives a wristband with a chip which encodes the time of arrival and type of stay. If the time limit is exceeded, the User shall pay an additional fee for the extra time spent on the premises in the Reception in accordance with the current pricelist.
  4. Users will be admitted to the Studio Sante swimming pool and sauna zone no later than 80 minutes before the scheduled closing time.
  5. Users are required to return the wristband with the chip up until 00:00. Returning the wristband after this time is associated with automatic charging of a fee for the exceeded time in the amount of PLN 1.50 for each commenced minute.
  6. The wristband with chip and any rented towels shall be returned upon exit at the Reception. If the wristband is lost, the user is required to pay a deposit of PLN 300 until the fees due are determined.
    Surcharges for lost towels are:
    • large towel: 70 PLN
    • medium towel: 50 PLN
  7. Each user using deck chairs is required to put dry towels under their heads, shoulders and torso.
  8. Personal items such as mobile phones, cameras, cosmetics, jewellery, etc. may not be brought into the pool and sauna zones.
  9. Guests may not bring or eat their own food or drinks on the premises. Consumption of purchased food and drinks is allowed only in Snack bar and rest rooms.
  10. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all parts of the premises.
  11. After passing through the reception, users are required to change their shoes to swimming pool slippers. Shoes should be left in shoe cabinets. It is forbidden to bring shoes to the clean cloakroom intended for clothes.
  12. For the duration of using the sauna zone, personal belongings should be left in closed clothing lockers, and more valuable items should be deposited at the reception.
  13. Before entering the sauna and pool zone, guests are requested to wash thoroughly with soap at the showers provided. Studio Sante staff are authorised to require any guest who has not used the showers to return to the changing rooms.
  14. Guests are required to wear swimming costumes while in the pool zone (topless costumes are allowed). An exception is constituted by „sauna evenings”, when guests are requested to wear towels only (without swimming costumes) in the entire pool and sauna zones.
  15. Guests are requested to wear towels in the aisles and corridors (also during „sauna nights”, or swimming costumes in the pool zone. Guests are requested to hang towels on the nearest hanger when entering saunas or pools.
  16. For reasons of hygiene and safety in the area of the sauna area and swimming pools with the exception of the sauna rooms, customers should move in flip-flops. In dry saunas, we sit or lie down in such a way that no part of the body has direct contact with the seat boards. In the steam sauna, we rinse the seat before and after our stay.
  17. The sauna zone is a ‹no synthetic textiles’ zone, and entrance is permitted only with a towel made of 100% cotton (without a swimming costume). Swimming costumes may be left in the lockers provided for that purpose in the changing rooms before entering the sauna zone. Guests may request plastic bags from the Reception to avoid getting their street clothes wet.
  18. For steam sauna scrub sessions entry without towels.
  19. Towels may not be left on chairs or reclining chairs. Towels should be left on hangers when not in use.
  20. Individuals who are handicapped or sight-impaired and require direct care may stay on the premises only when accompanied by a responsible party in the immediate vicinity.
  21. Personal items left by client in the changing rooms will be stored for no longer than 3 days. After 3 days, unclaimed item will be utilising.
  22. If a guest fails to comply with the Rules and Regulations of Studio Sante Urban Spa, in particular with regard to disturbing public order, violation of generally recognised norms of conduct, or behaviour which causes discomfort among other guests, the guest in question may be requested to leave the Studio Sante building by Studio Sante staff without the right to demand a return of costs entailed. Studio Sante reserves the right to refuse entry to such individuals on future visits.
  23. Persons causing damage to the premises or items therein will be held materially responsible for that damage. Parents or legal guardians will be held responsible for any damage caused by minors.
  24. Each User in the area of the pool and sauna area are obliged to obey the instructions of the employees of Studio Sante.
  25. When using the pool and sauna zones, guests may not cause any situation which threatens the safety of persons in these zones.
  26. The sauna zone may be used only by healthy persons, or by persons whose health issues do not constitute a contraindication for its use.
    The sauna zone may not be used by:
    a) persons with illnesses of the respiratory or circulatory systems
    b) persons with illnesses of the nervous system
    c) persons with heart problems, high blood pressure, or illnesses of the blood vessels
    d) persons suffering from hyperthyroidism or other illnesses of the thyroid, acute rheumatoid states, or tumours
    e) persons suffering from acute infections or asthmatic states
    f) persons suffering from chronic illnesses such as tuberculosis, kidney or liver illnesses
    g) persons suffering from a fever or acute viral infections such as the flu
    h) women who are currently menstruating, pregnant, or breast feeding
    i) persons suffering skin allergies and illnesses
  27. Any questions not addressed by these Rules and Regulations are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code.

 

II. Rules of proper sauna use

  1. The sauna area is a textile-free zone and entry is only permitted wearing a 100% cotton towel (without swimwear). Before entering the sauna area, guests should leave their clothes in lockers in the changing room or on special shelves/tube in the pool area. To avoid getting clothes wet, guests can ask for plastic bags at the reception.
  2. Before and after contact with the bench in the steam room, it should be rinsed with water.
  3. In the common areas, guests should cover themselves with a towel. Before entering saunas, towels should be hung on the nearest hooks.
  4. Before taking a sauna bath, guests should avoid consuming a heavy meal, drinking alcohol, or engaging in strenuous exercise.
  5. Before entering the dry sauna, guests should thoroughly dry themselves.
  6. After leaving the sauna, guests should rinse off themselves and cool down under a shower before entering the cooling pools.
  7. Guests should enter the sauna barefoot.
  8. For hygienic reasons, guests are requested to sit or lie on towels in the dry sauna.
  9. Before and after using the Ganbanyoku rock sauna, guests should disinfect the resting place.
  10. It is not recommended to engage in strenuous activity immediately after leaving the sauna.
  11. Between sauna sessions, guests are recommended to take at least a 15-minute break.
  12. During the sauna experience, guests are advised to drink plenty of water.
  13. The sauna area is a quiet zone, and guests are requested to behave politely and avoid loud conversations.

The last annual water quality assessment in the Studio Sante Jagiellońska 55a Facility in Warsaw issued by the State Poviat Sanitary Inspector on February 26, 2024 meets sanitary requirements.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the water in the swimming pool meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015 on the requirements that water in swimming pools should meet.
